Summer Camp

The Study Hall's summer camp program is called Camp Exploration. Camp Exploration is a seven-week, theme-based day camp held Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm with academic activities, field trips, sports, and nutritious meals. In summer 2017, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) and literacy activities were emphasized. Field trips this summer included visits to the Tennessee Aquarium, Alliance Theatre, and Chattahoochee Nature Center, as well as a visit from Georgia State University's "Bio-Bus." Coding classes and swimming lessons are also provided each summer. Our summer camp activities include academic support in all subjects, as this helps children retain what they have learned during the past school year and prepare for the next grade in school.
